Brynn is a dedicated teacher, entrepreneur, and long-time Columbia City resident. With her husband, Zach, and two little boys, Eli and Mason, by her side, Brynn is bringing a personalized and private bridal shopping experience to northeast Indiana.
The Inspiration Behind Columbia City Bridal
The idea for Columbia City Bridal was sparked in 2021 when Brynn accompanied her best friend on a wedding dress shopping trip in Cincinnati. She witnessed firsthand the magic of an intimate, personalized shopping experience; something she had also cherished during her own bridal journey in 2018. After realizing that Columbia City had all the essential wedding services except for a bridal shop, she knew she had found her calling. Research confirmed what local brides had been saying: there weren’t many options nearby for a truly private and exclusive dress-shopping experience. Some even traveled to Michigan to find their dream gowns. Brynn set out to change that, and Columbia City Bridal was born.
What Columbia City Bridal Offers
Columbia City Bridal is more than just a bridal shop—it’s a one-of-a-kind experience designed to make every bride feel special. The boutique operates by appointment only, ensuring that each bride receives the attention and privacy she deserves. All the gowns available are exclusive to the store, meaning they can’t be found online or at other shops in the region. Customizations can be requested, and once a bride selects her gown, it will be ordered closest to her size from the designer. Brides will also have the opportunity to return for an accessories appointment to complete their look with veils and other finishing touches.
In addition to bridal gowns, Columbia City Bridal will also serve flower girls. Little ones can enjoy an hour-long appointment to try on dresses, purchase off-the-rack options, and select accessories to complete their look.
Beyond gowns, the boutique will offer unique experiences that brides can purchase separately to make their shopping experience even more memorable. These exclusive offerings are designed to add a special touch without taking away from the magic of the dress shopping appointment itself.

Now for the big reveal—Columbia City Bridal will be located at 301 W Van Buren St, Ste. 201, right in the heart of downtown Columbia City! Brynn has officially signed the lease and is gearing up to move into the space, transforming it into the area’s premier bridal destination. With preparations underway, she anticipates a grand opening in early to mid-April.
Brynn is excited to bring Columbia City Bridal to downtown Columbia City, where she will be surrounded by other passionate business owners and a strong sense of community. “I love having my business downtown because it puts me right in the heart of the community,” she shares. “Being surrounded by other businesses adds to the sense of connection and support, which is important to me because I am a firm believer in helping others.”
